The Norwalk Social Services Center offers a wide range of emergency and support services to residents in crisis situations. Our goal is to assist individuals and families, whose resources have been exhausted, stabilize their situation and seek long-term solutions.

Admittance to the shelters is available to single individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need emergency shelter, you can get free transportation to and from the shelter locations from any of the pick-up points throughout the City and County.
