Taking place in Norwalk City Hall the first Thursday of every month. At these free public events, constituents will have the opportunity to access helpful services from congressional staff. Immigration, Citizenship, Passport Applications, Veterans Benefits, Social Security, and Medicare. December 4 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am



2014 Thanksgiving Food Basket Program
The Thanksgiving Holiday Season is quickly approaching, a time of sharing with those who are less fortunate. The Norwalk Social Services Department is preparing for the annual Thanksgiving Food Basket Program, which depends greatly on sponsor contributions in order to meet the needs that exist in our community. Urban Art Hits Norwalk Streets
Norwalk's first urban art piece was completed as part of the City's Art in Public Places utility box artwork program. Three top winners of Norwalk's 2014 "Artastic" competition were selected to create a theme and design for a utility box near the Cultural Arts Center. Norwalk residents and local students Amanda Lira, Cynthia Helm, and Angie Vasquez, under the supervision of artist Candace Galvan, used acrylic paint to bring their design to life. See their unique artwork at the northeast corner of Firestone Boulevard and San Antonio Drive.
