Customer Service
The Customer Service Department is located at 12650 E. Imperial Hwy., Norwalk, just East of Bloomfield, next to the Metrolink Station. Located on the 1st floor, right through the double glass doors. There is visitor parking located in the front of the building.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives can help you if you are a first time rider or a long-time customer. We offer a full range of services at the customer service lobby:
  • Sales of TAP Cards, MTA bus passes, stickers & tokens
  • Sale of taxi vouchers for Dial-A-Ride users
  • Accept MTA LACTOA disabled I.D. cards (please provide $2.00 fee, picture and medical proof of disability)
  • Local Trip planning
  • Schedules from many transit agencies available
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, money order, personal check (with proper I.D.), and transit checks.
