Customer Service

The Customer Service office is on the first floor of the Public Services & Transportation facility located at
12650 E. Imperial Highway in the City of Norwalk, just east of Bloomfield Ave., next to the Norwalk / Santa Fe Springs Metrolink Station. Visitor parking is conveniently located in the front of the building.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives can help you if you are a first-time rider or a
long-time customer. Customer Service offers a full range of services that include:
  • Sales of TAP Cards*, MTA bus passes, stickers & tokens
  • Sale of Taxi Vouchers for Norwalk Dial-A-Ride participants
  • Local trip planning
  • Providing reduced fare applications for Metro TAP Disabled, Senior and Student I.D. Cards
  • Lost and Found
  • Commendations
  • Suggestions/Complaints
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, money order, personal check (with proper I.D.), transit checks, and
Rider Relief Transportation program (RRTP) subsidy coupons.

*Cash value can only be added to the TAP Cards at this time.
