Dial-A-Ride Services

Norwalk Transit's Dial-A-Ride program is available to senior citizens (60 years and older) and disabled residents of the City of Norwalk. If you are 60 years of age or older, and a resident of Norwalk, you automatically qualify to become a registered rider. We will review your application and let you know your status of eligibility within two weeks.

The Dial-A-Ride (DAR) vans operate on an advanced reservation basis on weekdays and weekends, within the City of Norwalk; and offer taxi voucher service for late night DAR trips within Norwalk.
