PARKING FOR METROLINK RIDERS

Metrolink commuters are required to have a monthly or daily permit to park at the Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs Metrolink Station Parking lot. Monthly and Daily Permits are available for purchase by logging on at www.NTSFSparking.com or by calling Parking Permit Services at (800) 997-0197. Monthly parking permit fees are $20.00 per month ($10.00 for Norwalk and Santa Fe Springs residents) or $1.00 each weekday.

The monthly parking fee will be charged to your designated credit card or bank account. Permits will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. Daily permits are available for purchase up to three months in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: LAST DAY OF METROLINK SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR CIVIC CENTER PERMIT HOLDERS IS FRIDAY, JULY 2, 2010.

As a result, the purchase of Civic Center parking permits is no longer available. Current Civic Center permit holders are requested to contact parking permits at (800) 997-0197 or Norwalk Transit at (562) 929-5550 for further information.

OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMIT FEES

For your convenience, overnight permits are to be obtained through the same Parking Permit Service that issues the monthly day parking permits, via website at www.NTSFSparking.com or phone at (800) 997-0197. Should you later decide you no longer wish to park overnight, please contact Parking Permit Services at (800) 997-997-0197 to remove your name from the database.

Please be aware that overnight parking permits at the Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs Metrolink Station are limited to 100 permits. Please ensure you properly display your overnight parking permit at the lower left (driver's side) corner of your windshield and park in the designated areas.

Should you have any questions, please contact Norwalk Transit Customer Service at (562) 929-5550 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
